Brief about the Team 

The team works on healthcare projects to provide patient support programs to patients. The candidate shall be a part of the team at TATA 1mg that closely works on healthcare programs and projects around disease areas, with a focus on patient centricity.

What will you do 

1. Visit hospitals, meet doctors, patients, patient coordination.
2. Enroll patients to patient support program by collecting required documents form them.
3. Management of patients in the given geography by maintaining constant communication, send reminders for next drug cycle, collection and submission of documents on time
4. Keeping patients informed about schemes, document requirements, Value added services
5. Patient Navigator for Respiratory Care is responsible for providing personalized guidance.
6. Support to patients diagnosed with respiratory conditions, ensuring they receive appropriate care, education, and resources.

1. Strong understanding of respiratory conditions and their management
   
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
   
3. Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
   
4. Excellent coordination and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in healthcare systems and patient management tools.
   
6. Compassionate and patient-centered approach
